Gage Contracting is a premium custom home builder in the Panhandle of Florida. Licenced as a State Certified General Contractor, Gage Contracting has built custom homes in Watercolor, The Hamocks, Seacrest, Seagrove Beach, and Panama City Beach. Other specialties include commercial renovations and complete home remodelling.

Originally from Ontario, Canada, Ralph Gage completed his General Carpentry Certification in Canada graduating at the top of his class. While in Canada, Ralph built many custom homes and completed extensive renovations. Seeing the opportunity on the Emerald Coast, Ralph moved to Florida in 1995 where he met his wife Francesca Parker. Francesca is a sales associate with the Beach Group Properties LLC, one of the gulf coast's finest realtors.
